Eduro Adds Skilled Nursing Facility in Aurora, CO
AURORA, Colorado, July 1, 2020 — Eduro Healthcare acquired another skilled nursing facility in CO. The Springs at St. Andrew’s Village is a 58-bed facility, and joins Eduro’s two other CO facilities, located in Lakewood and Parker.
Managing Partner Michael Bewsey commented, “This building was an exciting acquisition for us as we are combining an excellent physical plant with outstanding clinical care in an already strong Eduro market. This building and team will seamlessly integrate into our Colorado platform and be a top performer.” While Eduro is now managing the skilled nursing portion of St. Andrew’s village, management of the assisted and independent living units will remain the same.
Following a few years of rapid growth, Eduro hadn’t added any new locations within the past year. COVID-19 has understandably affected many aspects of the industry, but Eduro’s recent acquisition of The Springs demonstrates their strong position that enables continued growth.
