Eduro is an emerging innovator in the healthcare industry. It operates multiple skilled nursing facilities, a regional home health and hospice company, and the only in-patient hospice facility in the state of Utah, The Lodge by Valeo. Eduro has developed expertise in providing the full scope of care that is required after an individual leaves the hospital.
Most recently Eduro has expanded into the state of Colorado developing high end, resort like, healthcare facilities that focus on complete rehabilitation. These facilities, The Suites, are located in Aurora, Parker, Loveland, and Fort Collins and represent the best of clinical and rehab competence with high end rooms and amenities.
The Post-Acute Continuum
Highland Care Center is a 103 bed facility serving the Salt Lake City, Utah area. It has developed a strong reputation among medical professionals for physical and occupational therapy, and does more skilled rehabilitation than any other care facility in the metropolitan area. It currently holds the highest rating available from Medicare for overall care, a five star rating.
Bethany Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 170 bed facility located in Lakewood, Colorado. Bethany is one of the premier buildings in the Denver area and in spite of a large number of beds is able to maintain a census of 95%. Bethany serves a critical need in the continuum taking care of residents of most medical needs.
The Lodge by Valeo is the only in-patient hospice facility in the state of Utah. It provides complete end of life care for hospice patients that desire a private and comfortable environment to receive comfort measures. The Lodge is positioned to continue playing an important role in our healthcare continuem.
the suites, Colorado
The Suites is Eduro's newest operating arm that focuses on resort style amenities in a healthcare setting. Each property has high end amenities, full private rooms and bathrooms, and comprehensive rehabilitation for post-acute care. Currently two properties, The Suites at Fitzsimmons and The Suites at Fort Collins will open in January, 2017. Two additional properties are opening in early 2018.
Valeo Home Health and Hospice serves a metropolitan population of approximately 2,000,000 people at individual homes in a region spanning 140 km. It received its ACHC accreditation and CMS certification for hospice care in only 7 months and passed its initial state survey with a 100% score. Valeo serves nearly 200 patients each day both in the home and at The Lodge.
The Recovery Inn, located in Appleton Wisconsin, is a state of the art rehabilitation center located within an orthopedic surgery center. This facility was one of the first in the country to partner with an orthopedic sports group and provide same day post acute admission and rapid discharge to home.
