Become a leader who makes a difference

Our exceptional (paid) training prepares and qualifies individuals to be licensed nursing home administrators in as little as 9 months.

Eduro Healthcare is seeking out individuals who are ready to make a difference in their lives, and the lives of others. Licensed nursing home administrators (LNHAs) are qualified to operate skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities that care for our elderly population. As a LNHA, you become the CEO of your healthcare facility, running a team of nurses, therapists, dietitians, and more. While clinical experience or a background in healthcare can be beneficial, they are not required for this role.

Eduro was founded in 2008 in Salt Lake City where it is privately owned and operated. In 2019, they were named a Fortune Top Workplace in Aging Services. With experienced leadership and an intense focus on therapy, Eduro has achieved superior clinical results in their field. Testimonials

Brenna Anderson

Regional Director of Operations

I worked many years as a skilled nursing administrator before Eduro. This company offers incredible support to its leaders, and I’ve thrived while being surrounded by so many experienced counterparts. The change has not only helped me grow personally, but given me new opportunities for professional advancement I didn’t have before.

Tanner Trounce

Administrator

After graduating, I decided I was either going to pursue an MBA, or do an AIT Program. I completed the program with another company and worked for a time in another facility. With my previous employer, I felt like I was on my own, without anyone to call for help our guidance. I was thrown into the fire and expected to make it work. I’m grateful for my experience with them, but it was rough.
Since coming to Eduro, everything has changed. I have assigned resources I can call on to help with any department, and they make me a priority. I have so much more autonomy as an admin to make decisions based on my local market, not just follow a prescribed formula given from a corporate office. I’m no longer looking over my shoulder, or worried about being criticized by a superior. The people here want me to succeed, and I feel their support. Eduro has built a model for success. The industry still has its challenges, but I’m so much happier here and could see myself working for them forever.

Brett Ottley

Area Operations Director

I am grateful for the opportunity I have to work with such an amazing team at Eduro Healthcare. In my nearly 19 years as an Executive Director, I have worked with a variety of companies in this industry and Eduro has by far been the best with helping their Administrators succeed. The tools, support, and training are unmatched. The focus on company Core Values along with the three pillars of success in Clinical, Cultural, and Financial helps set the company apart from other providers. I am excited about the strategic growth of Eduro and the opportunities that has given me and other leaders within our company to grow in our careers and serve others in their path to success.
